Welcome to Jack’s Place Dog Boarding for Seniors, where every guest is treated like one of our own.
We’re Abbie and Dave Broad, and we created Jack’s Place as a peaceful haven for older dogs — a place where they can feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away.
Our story began with our beautiful Chocolate Labrador, Jack, who filled our lives with joy for 12½ years. Jack had epilepsy from 18 moths and dementia in later life so we worried about leaving him when we were away. We found that because of his condition, finding the right care was more difficult. When he passed, we wanted to honour him by helping other senior dogs enjoy the same gentle care and understanding that he received.
